Maple Syrup Festival

The festival will feature a variety of activities. Tour the historic homes and the Bluewater Garage with costumed demonstrators in Moreston Heritage Village. Watch the blacksmith hammer out tools on his forge. Make your own old fashioned taffy, let Gerry Thiel’s team of horses take you on a wagon ride around the site, watch sheep shearing demonstrations and then enjoy a spectacular Métis folklore concert with Michel Payment. Children can participate in fun winter activities and games. Come on out and make a French Canadian Connection!

Should you desire the option of indulging in a delicious pancake breakfast (pancakes, maple syrup, baked beans, coffee, tea & juice) beginning at 8:00 am through until 11:00 am. The fee for breakfast is $5.00 per adult, $3.00 per child and children under 5 eat free.
Admission to other activities and displays is by regular admission fees.
